The 2013 MLG Pro Circuit Winter Championship will take place in Dallas, Texas at the Dallas Convention Center in March. It will be the first Major League Gaming championship event of the 2013 season. The games will be cast by Rivington, Phreak, Deman, Kobe24, Optimus Tom, and EGADorFeed.[1]

- All matches will be played on patch v3.03 with Quinn and Valor restricted[2]

- Four teams from Online Qualifier
- Single Elimination
- All matches are best of three
- Top 2 teams receives a spot in the May Promotion Tournament into the North American LCS

- Four invited teams - One European, One Korean, Two North American
- Single Elimination Bracket
- All matches are best of three

- Each team plays three matches over the weekend
- One game per match
