IEM Global Challenge Singapore will be the next event hosted and organized by ESL that will take place at the SITEX 2012 consumer electronic trade show from the 22nd to 25th of November. In addition to the League of Legends tournament, the event will also host a StarCraft 2 tournament, with the two tournaments sharing a $82,000 prizepool.

- EU-West and NA Qualifiers are Single Elimination, EU-East Qualifiers are Double Elimination
- In European Qualifiers, the top eight teams from each set of EU-West and EU-East Qualifiers are entered into a double elimination Cross-Realm Qualifier where the top two teams will qualify for IEM Global Challenge Singapore
- Meet Your Makers, IWantCookie, and Kiedys Mialem Team receive direct seeds into the EU Cross-Realm Qualifier #1[1]
- In North American Qualifiers, the top four teams from the first qualifier and the top three teams from the second qualifiers are entered into a final North American Qualifier, the top 2 of which qualifies for IEM Global Challenge Singapore.
- Kill Steal Gaming was originally invited to be seeded into the Final North American Qualifier due to their qualification for IEM GuangZhou, but declined.
- In Asian Qualifiers, the top sixteen teams from each set of Korea, Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau and Australia are entered into a final Asian Qualifier, the top 2 of which qualifies for IEM Global Challenge Singapore.
- Korean Qualifier: Best of Three Single Elimination, Australia Qualifier: Best of One Double Elimination
- In Korean Qualifier, the top three teams qualify to final Asian Qualifier.[2]
- In Australia Qualifier, the top one team qualify to final Asian Qualifier.
- Team Immunity receive direct seeds into the final Asian Qualifier, due to their qualification for IEM Guangzhou.[3]
- Bangkok Titans, IceLanD, MksZ and MSI Evolution Gaming Team receive direct seeds into the final Asian Qualifier, due to their qualification for IEM Guangzhou final Asian Qualifier.
- The winner of Go4LoL Pro Asia Season 3 directly qualifies for IEM Global Challenge Singapore.

- 1Curse Gaming EU was originally qualified, but was unable to attend due to schedule conflicts. Therefore the third place team from the Cross-Realm Qualifier, Kiedys Mialem Team, received their spot instead.
