The IPL Face Off: San Francisco Showdown Qualifier is an online tournament held by IPL to determine which four teams will qualify for the IPL Face Off: San Francisco Showdown.

- 32 team limit
- Round of 32 and Round of 16 are single elimination
- Top eight teams move on to a double elimination bracket
- Top four teams qualify for IPL Face Off
