The MLG 2012 Summer Arena is a special event organized by Major League Gaming. Four teams will be invited to a live event at the MLG offices in New York City. The games will be cast by Deman, Qu1ksh0t, MonteCristo, Dan Dinh and Optimus Tom.

- Round Robin group stage
- Each match is Best of Three. The third game will always be played, even if one team wins the first two.
- Top two teams advanced to a Best of Three Grand Finals
- Round Robin matches and the Grand Finals are not linked with an Extended Series rule
