The NorthCon eSport Arena 2012 is an offline event organized by innovaLan and is sponsored by MSI. It will take place in the Holstenhallen, Neumünster, Germany. Seven invited teams and one qualified team will compete for a € 11,000 (~14,200 USD) prizepool. The event will be cast by Panky.

- Group Stage
- Round robin best of one
- Top team of each group advances to semifinals
- Second and third place teams of each group advance to quarterfinals
- Bracket Stage
- Single Elimination
- Quarterfinals is best of one, all other matches are best of three.

11,000 Euro (~14,200 US Dollar) is spread among the teams as seen below:
