Alex "Xpecial" Chu is the Support player for Team SoloMid. He originally played AP Mid for Defy All Odds[1] before joining Team SoloMid as their replacement for Feedfest.

Xpecial hails from Temple City, California in the USA. began his pro gaming career in many different MMOs as well as being involved in the DOTA pro scene, as it died out he moved onto League of Legends.

- Is the quietest member of Team SoloMid. TheOddOne has called him "Hamster" on Twitter.
- Despite filling his team's role as Support, he is a very skilled Solo Queue AP player, and has even outlaned Reginald on several occasions.
